For farms
Check the count of the fingerlings you bought on the day they arrive, track how many survive, and work out the weight of fish in a pond so feed follows the fish, not a guess.
When the fish arrive
The truck has just arrived. You scan the certificate, film the basins and add the fish that died on the way. If your count plus the dead fish sits inside the range on the certificate, you sign off. If not, both sides see the same basins and settle it that day.

Step 1
Scan the QR code on the sale. The count, the range and the size groups open on your phone.
Step 2
Film each basin and note the fish that died on the way. The same model that counted them at the hatchery counts them again.
Step 3
Inside the range, you are done. Outside it, a dispute opens with both sides' basins ready to compare.

Questions
No. You can recount any basin with the Farm plan. If the hatchery sends a certificate, Fincount compares your count with it automatically.
No. It does arithmetic on your feed company's own feeding table for the size of fish Fincount measured. Fincount does not give general feeding advice.
Only while you agree. You can withdraw that agreement at any time and they stop seeing your farm data.
It is shown as a range. The range comes from how many fish were measured and how well the weight curve fits, and it is wider when fewer fish were measured.
Scan the certificate, film the basins, and settle differences the same day.
